Busch Gardens Williamsburg has exciting opportunities for Event Performers to bring our special and seasonal events to life.
Culinary Performers
- We are looking for talented and outgoing performers for our Food & Wine Festival, Howl-O-Scream and Christmas Town events. These performers need to have the ability to portray themed characters while serving park guests in our food and beverage operations. For these positions, we seek applicants who have great energy and stage presence. Auditionees with multiple talents are a plus.
Howl-O-Scream Performers
Santa’s Helpers
- We are looking for upbeat and energetic performers to help Santa celebrate the season. Experience is not required, just come to an audition and be ready to show us your Christmas cheer.
Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $10.05
Prepare for the Audition
- Prepare a one minute comedic, family-friendly monologue. Practice your timing. Be sure not to rush the moments in your piece and remember that you're not just reading words... think about the emotion behind what you're saying and play the part. In addition to your prepared piece, you may be asked to read, learn additional material, or participate in improvisational exercises.
- You may be asked to stay for a callback.
- Auditioning can be a lengthy process; you may be asked to stay for a callback.
- Prepare a resume and headshot, to be stapled together, which will be retained by the audition team.
