Dancers
About this Role
SeaWorld San Diego has exciting opportunities for dancers who can demonstrate technical proficiency in a variety of styles including jazz, musical theatre, ballet, and modern. Partnering skills, break dancing, tumbling, tap, or other specialties are a plus. Dancers perform in multiple high-energy shows per day to connect with our guests and create memories that last a lifetime.
- When positions are available, a variety of employment periods are available:
- Summer (March - September)
- Day & evening shifts are available, depending on the show.
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the audition.
Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00
Prepare for the Audition
- You will be taught a brief dance combination at the audition. Please arrive on time to learn and perform it for the audition team.
- Auditioning can be a lengthy process; you may be asked to stay for a callback.
- Please arrive early enough to stretch and warm up before the audition begins.
- Please wear form fitting dance attire that allows a full range of movement. Bring ballet shoes, jazz shoes and/or character heels, and wear the appropriate footwear for each combination and/or the role you are auditioning for.
- Prepare a resume and headshot, which will be retained by the audition team.
