Busch Gardens Entertainment is seeking talented candidates with diverse professional backgrounds who will command the stage for the 2024 season!
We are currently casting for ALL EVENTS throughout our 2024 season. Employment opportunities range from 2-10 months. Positions are available for the following seasons (date ranges include the rehearsal period):
- Mardi Gras: Early January - Early March
- St. Patrick's Day Celebration: Mid February - End of March
- Spring/Summer Season: Mid March - End of August
- Summer Only Season: Mid May - End of August
- Howl-O-Scream: Mid August - End of October
- Christmas Town: Mid October - Early January 2025
SEEKING:
Vocalists - Pop/rock and musical theatre vocalists. Some roles require movement/dance ability.
Dancers - Strong technical dancers who are trained in the style of jazz. Hip hop, partnering skills, and advanced tap ability a plus.
Musicians - Experienced musicians who play brass, woodwind, percussion, guitar, bass, violin, flute/irish whistles, and keys. Some roles require movement ability.
Stilt Walkers - Experienced stilt walkers who are comfortable with guest interactions and have strong performance qualities. Movement/dance ability a plus.
Interactive Actors - Energetic performers with improve abilities and are comfortable with guest interactions. Movement/dance ability a plus.

WHAT TO SUBMIT:
ALL PERFORMERS - Please include a headshot, resume, and performance reel in your submission. Please indicate which seasons you are available for in the body of your submission.
Vocalists - Performance reel should include contrasting songs that highlight your range and personality. Footage from production shows a plus. Please include a mover/dance reel. Many of our vocalist roles require movement ability.
Dancers - Performance reel should highlight your dance technique and variety of dance styles. Partnering and advanced tap ability a plus. Footage from production shows a plus.
Musicians - Performance reel should showcase your skills on the instrument(s) of choice. Footage from production shows a plus. Please indicate whether or not you can read music.
Stilt Walkers - Performance reel should showcase your stilt walking and performance abilities. Footage from production shows a plus.
Interactive Performers - Video of you performing a 1 minute comedic monologue.

What it takes to succeed:
-We look for trained and experienced performers who can also tell a story through their performance. Must have great showmanship!
-Be a team player and have a positive attitude.
-Knowledge of specific tools and vocabulary used in your talent specialty, including but not limited to sight reading.
-Ability to provide any specialized equipment used for your specific talent (ie musical instrument).
-Full availability for the length of employment and flexibility in schedule.
-Must be at least 16 years old.
