3/13/2020 UPDATE - ALL AUDITIONS ARE CONTINUING AS SCHEDULED
SeaWorld San Diego is currently seeking fun, energetic, and animated individuals for our Spring/Summer season to join our Costume Character / Dancer Team! Those selected will appear in our interactive Sesame Street Party Parade and join our exciting Costume Character team!
The Sesame Street Party Parade is an interactive 30 minute traveling dance show that feauttres both Sesame Street Costume Characters and Dancers every Saturday and Sunday afternoon from May 9th - September 6th.
Rehearsals will begin the week of April 6th and will consist of mostly weekday evenings.
Dancer Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a strong dance background in jazz, hip-hop, and/or musical theater
- Certain roles may be required to wear a full body costume (costume will cover head and face)
- Be prepared to learn a dance combination
Pay Rate:
$17.56 per hr.
Costume Character Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age and fall within the height ranges of 4'10" - 6'2"
- Must be able to wear a full body costume (costume will cover head and face)
- Some background in jazz, hip-hop, and/or musical theater preferred, but not required
- Be prepared to learn a dance combination
Pay Rate:
$14.07 per hr.
