Theatrical Services Technician Senior (Audio)

SeaWorld San Antonio is seeking hard-working and skilled installation technicians to assist with production and maintenance of the park in the fields of audio for our shows and events, including the install and load-out of all electronic systems. Experience with theatrical video/audio, boom lift operation, forklift operation, and/or outdoor display installation is helpful.

• A traditional theater background is not required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• A variety of employment periods are available:
  • Spring (January - May)
  • Summer (May - September)
  • Halloween (September - October) 
  • Christmas (October - December)
• Day and evening shifts are available, depending on park operating hours and performance, installation and load-out schedules. Some shifts may include working overnight.
• Applicants must be comfortable working in show areas under all weather conditions and in dark/nighttime conditions. 
• Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds alone and up to 100 pounds with assistance. 
• Applicants must be able to communicate via headset and work in a team environment. 
• Some positions require wearing and working in a fall protection harness, working on rooftops and working in close proximity to animals. 
• Some positions require the ability to swim.
• Some positions require a valid driver’s license.

Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00

Scenic Arts Craftsperson Senior
